Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera holds American citizenship and was born under the Leo sign on 15 August, 1994. Her work in the fitness industry has become popular. Ashley does not talk about her grandparents, however her grandmother who was a famous bodybuilder during the 20s and 30s, has been credited for inspiring her love of fitness. Ashley started swimming at the young age of 4 and has continued the sport for more than 10 years. There were many competitions she participated in however she was not as committed since she wasn't prepared to go on strict diet in order that her body was able to perform all it can. There is a belief that she enjoyed a lot of attention in high school due to her gorgeous looks and curvy figure. It isn't known whether or not Ashley was a lover during that period. Ashley determined to put all of her efforts in becoming a fitness trainer and model following her graduation. Ashley was 15 when she realized how unsatisfied she felt with her physique. Encouraged by her grandfather she began going to the gym but took his suggestions and started slowly she didn't know she would spend the next nine years building her physique and slowly becoming an fitness model. Ashley's triumph inspired her to compete in the 2014 WBFF Las Vegas World Championships. The team finished in seventh place and considered this to be a loss. It made Ashley to work harder. When she took fifth place in the 2015 WBFF World Championships, Ashley decided to stop competing. As she continued to compete in events she received offers of shoots. But she didn't wish to mix her jobs. After she retired from playing and resigned from the sport, she started working as a fitness-model. After being featured on the front page of an acclaimed fitness magazine she was in a position to start her fitness modeling career as soon as she signed with a modeling agency. Since then she's a well-known model who has worked for countless bikini labels and world-renowned clothing brands.
